I also added a three-part series on Choosing a Quality Bible, which another Christian wrote after much research and interviews with publishers.
To go along with it, if you are planning to get a new Bible, I posted an article about Bible Marking, which examines which pens are best to write in Bibles, and gives a re-evaluation of how's the best way to highlight/underline text.
