The Nutrition Source:  A great online resource for Healthy Eating, maintained by Harvard School of Public Health.

Eat, Drink, and Be Healthy: The Harvard Medical School Guide to Healthy Eating by M.D. Walter C. Willet... This book shows that current national guidelines represented in the USDA Food pyramid are flawed, being influenced by business interests and out of date research. He presents the healthy eating pyramid instead. Chapter 1 is available online, here. And you can read an article over the book, here.

Eat, Play, and Be Healthy (Harvard Medical School Guides) by  M.D. W. Allan Walker... The sequel to the book listed above, written for healthy eating in children's diets from birth to age eight. A must-read for any parent!
