The Settlers of Cantan... Players are recent immigrants to the newly populated island of Catan. Expand your colony through the building of settlements, roads, and villages by harvesting commodities from the land around you. Trade sheep, lumber, bricks and grain for a settlement, bricks and wood for a road, or try to complete other combinations for more advanced buildings, services and specials.Trade with other players, or at local seaports to get resources you might lack. The first player to achieve 10 points from a combination of roads, settlements, and special cards wins.
options to buy:
First: The game itself, for 4 players.
Second: A bundle including the game and 5-6 player extension.
Third: The 5-6 player extension only, if you already have the 4 player game.
Cranium... This is a fun, silly game that's great for large groups or events, or just the family. The game's activities are organized into four card decks: Creative Cat will have you sketching, sculpting with clay and even drawing with your eyes closed. Star Performer asks you to hum or whistle a tune, impersonate a celebrity or act out a clue. Word Worm requests you unscramble words, spell challenging ones, guess definitions, fill in the blanks and even spell backwards. Data Head stimulates your gray matter by testing your knowledge of trivia with provocative true/false queries and challenging multiple choice questions. (Age 13+)
Pass the Pigs... A family favorite! You roll a couple of pig dice, earning or losing points depending how they land, and having to decide if you want to keep rolling and take your chances or play it safe and call it good. This is an enjoyable game for children and adults alike!
Bunko... A very fun, fast-moving party game for 4-12 players, though 8 or 12 are ideal. You roll the dice quickly from person to person trying to get a Bunko, earning points and tossing the Bunko dice around as you go. Lots of fun!
Outburst, Bible Edition... A Bible-version of the popular party trivia game.
Triominoes... Triangular dominoes!
Children's First Games:
