Cinnamon Applesauce Dough!

This is a yummy-smelling dough that reminds me of gingerbread. It's great to make Christmas ornaments out of, or just to make little ornaments to hang in your kitchen to make it smell yummy year-round...

Ingredients:

1 part cinnamon
1 part applesauce
*Optional: a bit of nutmeg and/or cloves for extra-yummy smell

Directions:
arrow_purplebrown TEXT Combine ingredients. I used one cup cinnamon and one cup applesauce. If the dough is too moist, add more cinnamon, if it's too dry, add more applesauce. Then roll it 1/4" thick. I found it easiest to sprinkle cinnamon on my counters and on top of the dough, the same way I would sprinkle flour on dough before kneading, in order to minimize sticking.
